Jameson’s 2nd birthday party theme took flight!! We loved working on this party theme, bringing in modern printable designs alongside vintage airplane collectable pieces, such as the airplane hanging from the chandelier and the one-of-a-kind globe accent piece on the main table.
Some details to look for include: -Propeller cake ball pops -Adorable buttercream cloud cake with a paper airplane topper -Vintage airplane hanging from the chandelier -“In Flight” Service silverware packets -Personalized airplane signage and printables Main Dessert Table We focused on marrying classic airplane nostalgia with whimsical items when putting this table together. Luckily, Jameson’s mama had a few great pieces to build the table design around, including the fun vintage airplane hanging from the chandelier and the unique globe piece. To keep things clean and modern, we forewent table linens and opted for a simple gift wrap runner in red to add a pop of needed color to the room. To one side, the airplane inspired sweet treats were displayed; cupcakes, buttercream sky cake with a paper airplane topper and propeller cake ball pops. Snacks were neatly displayed throughout the center portion of the table; silverware packets labelled “in-flight snacks” were available for each guest. And at the opposite side of the table were the favors; blue bath squirty planes individually wrapped with labels reading, “Thanks for Flying By!” Vendor Credits: Party Design & Printables: Crowning Details Cake: Boy Mom Baker Cupcakes: Crave Cupcakes Cake Ball Pops: Angie’s Cake Birthday Express: Airplane squirty favors, cloud balloons Shindigz: Inflatable airplanes Be sure to Like Us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/crowningdetails), Follow Us on Pinterest (www.pinterest.com/crowningdetails), Twitter (@CrowningDetails), Instagram (https://instagram.com/crowningdetails/) and to subscribe to our blog for FREE printables and fun party ideas (crowningdetails.com).
Bubbles are such a popular theme for young kiddos! After all, what toddler doesn’t love bubbles!? These adorable twins celebrated their 1st birthday surrounded by family, friends & loads of bubble themed party decorations. It was such a joy to plan and we hope that you enjoy the photos!
Some details to look for include: -Bubble theme party printables -Bubble theme smash cakes for each of the twins -Bubble themed activities: bubble wands, bubble machines and a bubble inspired ball pit Main Dessert Table The centerpieces to this fun bubble themed table included the tower of cupcakes with personalized toppers and the adorable bubble theme smash cakes for each of the twins. To satisfy snacking cravings, we served a variety of breakfast items, including mini muffins, mini donut holes, blueberries, grapes and bright blue jello cups. To pull the concept and color scheme together, we used blue and white gift wrap as a table runner, a bubble theme banner and 2 balloon bouquets which anchored the ends of the table. Children’s Tables We kept these tables clean and modern in design, using navy linens and orange personalized paper placemats. On each of the tables were crayons to keep tiny hands busy and buckets of bubble wands. Party Activities The party’s hit was definitely the pool, particularly in the Houston heat! But, guests also enjoyed bubble wands, bubble machines, and the bubble ball pool for the tiniest guests. Party Favors In keeping with the party theme, each guest went home with personalized bubbles and a sweet favor tag reading, “Thanks for Popping By Our Party!” Be sure to Like Us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/crowningdetails), Follow Us on Pinterest (www.pinterest.com/crowningdetails) and to subscribe to our blog for FREE printables and fun party ideas (crowningdetails.com).
