Blackened Chicken Strip Wrap

red peppers, sliced thinly
bag of Tyson® Blackened Chicken Strips
white onions, sliced thinly
bag of fresh spinach
chipotle lime dip (recipe above)
Saute the sliced red pepper and white onion in a large skillet with 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil until cooked, and slightly charred.
Add the sauted vegetables, cooked blackened chicken strips, and fresh spinach into a tortilla, rolling tightly then securing with a toothpick.
Serve immediately alongside the chipotle lime dip.
