Garden Bridal Shower Decorations
I was inspired by the modern pink designs found in the rose bridal shower collection, so used them as jumping off elements for our overall design. We chose simple white tables without linens and clear acrylic chairs for a modern touch to the table designs. For simple clean up, we added disposable rose gold rimmed plates and rose gold plastic silverware; you can never go wrong with elegant disposables. Over-sized white latex balloons with long boxwood garlands flanked either side of the table. For a pop of pink, we added these bold Fuchsia polyester napkins. And finally, our florals brought in a touch of needed femininity and more pops of pink to the center of our tablescape.
Personalize your Garden Wedding Shower
Whenever planning an event, I focus on a few details that help it stand apart. Generally, I focus on some small personalized or unexpected elements. For this rose bridal shower, we chose individual tea light candles and added sticker labels of each guest’s name to double as place cards and small party favors. I loved how they were different than a traditional printed place card.
For another party favor option, we displayed small jars full of seeds next to a framed sign reading, “Let Love Grow”. I also love playing with fun sayings that work with a given theme. Plus, seeds are such a practical favor option.
One more element that I always find is so important is photographs; they are actually one of my favorite elements from any party. I love looking back through to see facial expressions, details and general memories. Set up a photo backdrop opportunity like this rose bridal standee and capture guest memories throughout the event.
Mimosa Bar- Create a Signature Beverage
Mimosa bars are on trend right now, and super simple to set up. You will need the following ingredients to create your own Mimosa bar:
- Selection of 2-4 juices; orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, papaya, pear
- Sliced or diced fruit toppings
- Champagne
- Glassware (acrylic is a wonderful option for outdoor events)
Arrange each of these items in individual containers, then set out simple signage like our rose bridal frame with instructions; pour the bubbly, top with juice and garnish with fresh fruit.
Happy garden wedding shower planning!
