Valentine’s Day Tea Party Decor
Our tables were draped in a soft XOXO patterned fabric, adding a subtle nod to Valentine’s Day to our tablescape. Each place setting had gorgeous tea party paper plates by Kate Aspen, gold silverware and antique rose place card holders. We also added these adorable miniature vases with small felt floral buds.
Our dessert table was set up on a stunning buffet piece. Furniture pieces are a great way to add visual interest to a party’s design; search your home for pieces to borrow for your next party!! We draped a handmade floral garland across the front of our buffet, and added leftover floral buds to the top of our simple white buttercream cake. We also offered colorful macaroons on a simple pedestal server.
Dress up for the Occasion
My daughter truly loves dressing up for virtually any occasion….whether it’s preschool, an outing running errands or even riding her bike. Encourage your guests to dress up in their best party dresses when hosting a formal the party. The kids will have an absolute blast playing dress-up. Our party girl LOVED her sequin heart dress and floral crown.
Valentine’s Day Tea Party Favors
I couldn’t resist using these adorable tea pot favor boxes as favors. They are the perfect size for small items, candies, and even miniature cookies as a party favor. And, if displayed during the party, they double as décor.
Whether you are planning a tea party birthday theme or hosting a Valentine’s Day tea, hopefully these décor ideas offer some inspiration and ideas to help you pull the look and concept together. Shop the invitation design, which served as inspiration for this party in our online store.
