Thomas loves fire trucks….not so much fire, but definitely the trucks! So, we worked with his mommy to come up with this modern take on vintage fire truck designs in celebration of his 2nd birthday!

Fireman Party Decorations

Created by Jackie hand painted this amazing backdrop, pulling the ladder and hat design from our firetruck printable collection. To pull in the red and break up the crisp white linen, we layered a red and white checkered tablecloth as a runner.

The centerpiece of this table was the fun fondant birthday cake featuring a firetruck and cute molded Dalmatian. Cupcakes were displayed on these bright fire hydrant cupcake stands, topped with personalized, printable cupcake toppers. And for fun, we also served “fireballs” aka cheese puffs, “Fire truck wheels” aka Oreo cookies and “Fire hoses” aka red licorice.

Seated guest tables were draped in a red and white checkered tablecloth. Simple white table runners were added for textural dimension. Centerpieces doubled as birthday gifts; rubber boots filled with flowers along with firetruck toys. Each guest’s place setting was made complete with fun red fire hydrant straw cups. And, plastic fire hats were draped over the back of each guest’s seat.

Fireman Birthday Party Activities

The fire truck bounce house was a huge hit with the party guests. To keep the tiny tots entertained, the drive way was full of riding and push toys, an inflatable baby pool full of balls and a commercial bubble machine.
