Houston Moms Blog 2nd Birthday Bash

When the founder of Houston Moms Blog reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in participating in their 2nd annual birthday bash, I jumped at the opportunity! I have wanted to do a carnival/circus design forever…

The event itself was organized almost like a vendor fair, with a number of businesses and local vendors exhibiting not only their wares and services, but offering treats, games and activities for the guests to participate in.

My task…creating a bright, cheerful display that captures the attention of arriving guests, while complementing the theme and color palette for the event.

In partnership with Balloonscape and Created by Jackie, this is what we came up with!!

Our table backdrop by Created by Jackie featured a circus tent in keeping with the carnival theme and the event logo. We anchored the table display with 2 enormous clown balloon displays from Balloonscape. And to add some small details to the table, we draped a custom “Happy Birthday” banner in front of the table and added a bucket of clown noses for kiddos looking “to clown around” during the event (My kids loved the clown noses!).
