Over the weeks leading up to Easter, our house and yard are covered in colorful plastic Easter Eggs! I love all of the colors, and how much joy they bring to our family! This colorful Easter Egg printable garland is available for FREE download at the end of this post, and was inspired by the bright colors of our Easter Brunch invitation.
Simple Easter Egg Garland Assembly
To create your own printable Easter Egg garland, simply download the PDF file at the end of this post, print on card stock (we recommend 65# or greater for bright white card stock), trim the white circles and then hang using your favorite ribbon.
For trimming purposes, you can either use a 3” craft punch if you happen to have one on hand, or your basic scissors. To hang the banner using ribbon, punch a hole to either side of the circle’s top, then thread the ribbon through the back side of each Easter Egg round until you reach your desired banner length. A simple trick for banner preparation is to lay out your desired color pattern, alternating and moving around as needed; then, flip over the pieces one by one for simple threading. I always start at one end, pushing each banner piece on through the end for the best results and to avoid twisting the ribbon as I thread.
This banner size is perfect for layering on your mantle, adding to home décor items like this wooden wheelbarrow we sourced for our Easter Egg Hunt. We can’t wait to see what ideas you create with this FREE printable.
