Black Panther Party Supplies
For any children’s party theme, I like to include images from the actual film within the decor. With that said, I also try to limit the usage of a particular motif as I find it visually interest to add layers of color, texture and design patterns.
For our Black Panther party, I combined art decor elements and design with licensed Black Panther party supplies. Larger than life character standees were center stage at our dessert table. Standees are perfect for adding height and dimension to any event space.
Black Panther Desserts
I am a huge fan of simple, DIY style birthday cakes. For our Black Panther party, I chose a simple white buttercream cake that you can pick up at any local grocer or baker, then added black feathers to the top and base. We added DIY paper arrow toppers to simple cupcakes. By incorporating personalized elements to store bought baked goods, you can reduce your overall party budget, while not sacrificing design. Desserts were served on Black Panther paper plates.

Black Panther Party Activities
For children’s parties without built-in entertainment, I suggest offering 3-5 activity stations to keep guests entertained.
Some of my favorite Black Party activity ideas include:
1. Tribal Tattoo Station- Set out a variety of tattoo styles to allow guests to be creative with.
2. Frisbee Toss- Purchase a variety of Frisbees with hollow centers and set up an area for free play.
3. Bow and Arrow Target Practice- Choose either a dart board or create a DIY target for party guests to reenact scenes from the movie.
4. Superhero Dress Up Station- Encourage party guests to come dressed as their favorite superhero. And, set up a station with dress up clothes, masks and tattoos.
5. Face Painting- There are endless possibilities for face paint design!
We hope our ideas inspire you to create your own Black Panther party!

The cookies were handmade by a local baker using a stencil I believe. I hope that helps! Julie
